Terms of service
Version 1.3 (draft — pending attorney review) — these terms cover work performed by Ross Resource Management LLC.
This Spanish translation is provided for convenience. The English version governs.
Scope of services
Ross Resource Management LLC provides junk removal (including clean outs and appliance removal), commercial metal recycling for businesses, and transportation & delivery of goods and materials. Transportation & delivery is not a household moving service. We are not a household moving company and we are not a home improvement contractor.
Free estimate
Your online price is a free estimate based on the items and access conditions you declared. On the day of your appointment our crew confirms your items before starting. Anything not included, or that does not belong to the service you booked, is quoted on site from the current published catalog and added only with your approval. You may decline any change.
Prohibited materials
We cannot accept hazardous materials, liquid paint, chemicals, oils, fuels, asbestos, medical or biological waste, ammunition, full propane tanks, waste with bed bugs or biological contamination, catalytic converters, concrete, dirt, brick, roofing or other heavy construction debris, or any waste that requires special handling. You declare that the items do not contain these materials. If they are found on site, we will not take those items and the pickup may be refused.
Access and responsibility
You confirm you have the right to dispose of the items and that a safe path exists to them. You acknowledge that removing large or heavy items through doorways, hallways, stairwells and elevators can cause unavoidable marks or wear. Nothing in these terms limits our responsibility for our own negligence, and nothing waives any right that cannot be waived under New Jersey or Pennsylvania law. Damage claims must be submitted in writing with photos within 72 hours of service.
Transfer of ownership
I certify I own these items or am authorized to dispose of them. Once loaded, they become the property of Ross Resource Management LLC and may be recycled, donated, resold or disposed of; items cannot be returned. For transportation & delivery, ownership of the goods does not change: we carry them for you to the drop-off address you give us.
Payments
Booking is free and no deposit is required. You pay when the job is done — cash, Zelle or check. The amount due is your estimate plus any change you approved on site. Any sales tax that applies is shown on your estimate or invoice.
Cancellations and rescheduling
Cancel or reschedule free of charge up to 24 hours before your arrival window. After that, please call us at (908) 452-6408 to let us know. There are no automatic cancellation charges.
Limitation of liability and governing law
Except as stated above, our liability is limited to the amount paid for the service. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey. Nothing here limits consumer rights that cannot be waived by agreement.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The version published on this page applies to bookings made while it is published. This version is a draft pending attorney review.
SMS terms
Ross Resource Management LLC: if you give us your mobile number and agree to receive texts, we send messages about your quote, booking, arrival window, balance and — only with your separate opt-in — occasional promotions. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to opt out of all texts, or HELP for help. Consent to promotional texts is not a condition of purchase. How we handle mobile information is described in our privacy policy.
