Privacy Policy
Version 1.2 — effective September 18, 2026. Ross Resource Management LLC respects your privacy. Here is what we collect and why.

What we collect
Contact details (name, email, phone), the service address, the job details and photos you or our crew upload, and your payment history. Payments are processed by Stripe — we do not store card numbers.
How we use it
To quote your job, schedule and perform the work, send confirmations, receipts and invoices, answer your questions, and keep accounting and legal records.
Who we share it with
Stripe for payment processing, Resend for email delivery, and Supabase as our database and file storage infrastructure. We do not sell your information.
Photos
Photos of your job are stored privately and used only to price, document and complete the work.
How long we keep it
Job, invoice and payment records are kept as long as tax and legal rules require. Quote requests that never become jobs are deleted on request.
Access and deletion
Write to info@rossrm.com to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you, or to stop receiving messages from us.
Cookies
We use cookies and similar technology to keep your session, remember an in-progress quote and measure website traffic.
Text messaging
Ross Resource Management LLC sends text messages only to customers who provide their mobile number and agree to receive them. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time or HELP for help. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. We do not sell or share your SMS opt-in data or personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.
