What if my item is not on the list?
Use “Don't see your item?” in the quote tool and add one to four photos. Our assistant prepares an estimate and our team confirms the price before the day of your appointment.
Do I need to bring items to the curb?
No. We pick up from inside the home, garage, basement or yard. Stairs and disassembly are included in your estimate.
Do you take appliances?
Yes. Refrigerators, freezers, washers, dryers, stoves and AC units are part of Junk Removal, priced per item on our list. Appliance removal includes responsible recycling and refrigerant recovery when required.
Do you have a scrap metal program for businesses?
Yes. Commercial Metal Recycling is a scheduled scrap metal pickup for auto shops, contractors, suppliers and warehouses. Businesses apply on our Become a Partner page.
Do you need to visit before giving me a price?
No. For listed items you see your free estimate online right away. For items that are not on our list, you send photos and our team confirms your price before the day of your appointment.
How does the estimate work?
You pick your items, we add the published price for each one, then a single area service fee for your location. Discounts and any labor add-ons are applied automatically and shown in your estimate before you book.
What does the area service fee cover?
Transport and fuel, our crew's loading time and labor, responsible disposal and recycling, and scheduling and support. It is charged once per pickup, not per item.
What if I have more items on the day?
No problem. On the day of your appointment our crew confirms your items before starting. Anything not included is quoted on site at the same published prices and added only with your approval.
Is curbside cheaper than inside pickup?
Yes. Leaving everything at the curb, in the driveway or in the garage lowers your estimate and avoids stairs, long carry and disassembly charges.
Do I pay anything to book?
No. Booking is free and your booking is confirmed right away. You pay when the job is done — cash, Zelle or check.
